Question: How long will it take to get my order if I place it today?
Answer: All orders received are usually shipped within 24 hours if the merchandise is in stock. If it
is not, we will notify you via email or telephone phone with possible substitutions or delivery
information. We are located in Southern Illinois. We ship UPS and USPS. Please note that the day
we ship your order does not count as a day in transit.
Question: How do you determine the rise in pants?
Answer: The waist and length of the pants determine the rise. It is measured from the crotch to the
top of the pants - both front and back. Just email us the waist and length you need, the pants you
are inquiring about and we will be happy to measure them for you and email you the information.
Question: What is the difference between tall sizes and big sizes?
Answer: The tall sizes are usually two to three inches longer in the body and sleeve than the big
sizes. We would recommend a tall size for any height 6' and up.
Question: Could you send me a catalog?
Answer: We do not currently have a catalog as we are using our website as one. We try to keep
our site updated on a daily basis as far as inventory and new items available If you have any
